-----------------------------------
New Zealand is facing some very large issues around sustain-ability and adapting to climate change.

The challenge is to not only become informed about these issues but to become involved in the change necessary to make some important shifts at a personal, community, business and political level.

On Friday 11 July we have the privilege of hosting the deputy mayor of Waitakare City, Penny Hulse, who is active in this change process.

Penny has 12 years experience working on:

Sustainable city development including housing, wastewater management and transport
Climate change
Community development
Environmental advocacy
Youth advocacy
Penny has extensive background and knowledge around the development of progressive sustainable projects and plans. She also has experience in converting these projects and plans into policy and subsequent resourcing and action.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity!
